Our classrooms and function rooms often make the ideal meeting space for conferences, presentations听and other student, staff听and alumni events. These rooms include lecture areas, computer and science labs, a video editing lab, and an art studio.

Most classroom reservations on campus have听to be requested through the .听To reserve a room in the Learning Commons please follow the link below. Rooms are booked in order of priority: academics, university, recreational.

To reserve Q-609 or Q-709听in the Learning Commons

To reserve either Q-609 or Q-709 in the Learning Commons please use the Rooms are booked in order of priority: academics, university, recreational. Please note that classrooms, the media labs and the 8th听floor of the Learning Commons are still reserved through the Registrar鈥檚 Office, follow the information above to reserve one of those spaces.

Canceling your reservation

If you need to cancel a reservation, please听contact the Registrar鈥檚 Office听as quickly as possible. A failure to properly cancel an event may jeopardize your access to room reservations in the future.
