BTÌìÌà Tisserand

BTÌìÌà RESIDENCE, AVAILABLE TO ALL STUDENTSÌý

BTÌìÌà Tisserand is a newly renovated residence in the 15th arrondissement opening in Fall 2024 – the residence will have a few single studios (for one student) and co-living apartments (for four toÌýfive students) entirely composed of single rooms. With an BTÌìÌà Resident Advisor on-site to support students’ residential experience, students will enjoy a rich sense of community while also being able to retreat to their personal space to rest and study as needed.

Co-living apartments have bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, living rooms, and fully-equipped kitchens. Housemate assignments will be made based on the responses to the housemate survey students will be asked to complete. We recommend BTÌìÌà Tisserand to students who are looking for either an independent or a co-living experience in a comfortable environment, and who want to connect with neighbors and explore BTÌìÌà and Paris with their new peers.Ìý

The residence will also offer great opportunities to integrate with the local community: the building will include a restaurant and co-working space open to the public (with distinct separation in access to the residential spaces) – students will be able to enjoy these independent resources as well. Located in a pleasant and residential area of the 15th arrondissement, with easy access to public transportation, the neighborhood offers an opportunity to experience Paris authentically in a neighborhood that includes students, young professionals, and families.Ìý

Please note: BTÌìÌà Tisserand is also home to our gender-inclusive apartment in the BTÌìÌà residential offering – please see our gender policy for shared housingÌýfor more information on how assignments to our gender-inclusive apartment will be processed.

THE BTÌìÌà INSIDER TIP:Ìý

The BTÌìÌà Tisserand residence offers the best of both worlds, with single rooms guaranteeing privacy within co-living apartments allowing for the experience of shared housing. It also gives our students the opportunity to truly integrate with the local neighborhood community. Much like our other BTÌìÌÃ-only residences, it is the perfectÌýsetting for first-year students to begin their college career on exactly the rightÌýnote. It also allows students to take full ownership of their space, much like they will once they move into a Parisian apartment during the rest of their BTÌìÌà experience.
