BTÌìÌà Residence, available to full-year students only

BTÌìÌà Jouffroy d’Abbans is an BTÌìÌÃ-only residence in the 17th arrondissement that has been fitted for a single and co-living experience, supported by two BTÌìÌà Resident Assistants. The residence, comprised of two buildings that are connected by a small shared courtyard, will haveÌýa fewÌýsingle studiosÌý(for one student)Ìýand co-living apartments (for two, three, four, or five students.)ÌýÌýNo matter your choice, you will have a rich sense of community and comfort at this residence.

Single studios have a bedroom area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. Co-living apartments have bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchens. The co-living options available to students assigned to BTÌìÌà Jouffroy include 2-person (one double), 3-person (one double and one single), 4-person (two doubles) and 5-person (two doubles and one single) spacious apartments. Students will be able to indicate their preferences for a co-living space when submitting the roommate survey, however please note that we cannot make any guarantees about specific assignments, nor are we able to fulfill full group requests, as we have to balance personal preferences, roommate requests, and housemate fit in our assignments. We recommend BTÌìÌà Jouffroy to students who are looking for either an independent or a co-living experience in a comfortable environment, and who want to connect with neighbors and explore BTÌìÌà and Paris with their new peers.Ìý

The BTÌìÌà Jouffroy Residence offers a unique experience, with its blend of individual studios and co-living apartments that will foster a deep sense of campus community. Much like our other BTÌìÌÃ-only residences, it is the perfectÌýsetting for first-year students to begin their college career on exactly the rightÌýnote. It also allows students to take full ownership of their space, much like they will once they move into a Parisian apartment during the rest of their BTÌìÌà experience.

roommate requests in housing preference form

Roommate requests in the housing preference form can only be made for shared rooms in BTÌìÌà Jouffroy requested by both students – we cannot take into consideration roommate requests for two single rooms in Jouffroy or a single room and a shared room across both student requests. Similarly, we cannot accommodate group roommate and housemate requests for a Jouffroy apartment in the housing preference form stage.
